Asadero Culichi

 

Asadero Culichi is not exactly a restaurant. It is more of a takeout stand located in Ventura Market in the city of Fresno, California. Out of all the restaurants I have reviewed this is where I have gone the most times. They sell Mexican style grilled chicken and pork spare ribs(Asadero Culichi - 🔥🔥🔥🔥 POLLOS Y COSTILLAS ASADOS A LA... | Facebook). It is a nice little place to order a the window and go eat at your home. You can get the grilled chicken and ribs with a side of rice and/or beans. A lot of the times there are long lines, but you can go early in the morning if you do not want to wait super long to get your food.

The food here is really good. Their menu is super simple, so it makes it easier for when you have to make a decision. You can tell the food is super authentic. You can also tell it is made fresh everyday because they cook it in the grill right in front. When a chicken or rib is finished, they send it outside and it is prepared right away. The flavor of the rice and the beans is also really good, and they even give you tortillas with every order.

Before I wrap up this review, I have to mention that this business is owned by my family. That does not mean the food isn't any good. The food is actually excellent and fresh; made everyday. The only downside with this place is that there it is takeout only. There are no tables. Other than that everything is excellent. I rate this place a 9/10.
